The Samsung S5KHM2 is a 108 MP image sensor featuring a 0.7 µm pixel pitch, Super-PD PDAF, real-time HDR and Smart-ISO. The S5KHM2 is fabricated using Samsung's ISOCELL Plus technology for mobile applications.
